Through a need-blind admissions process and a holistic assessment of each student’s financial circumstance, we are committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier to attendance for any student admitted to the Summer Seminar or the Outer Coast undergraduate program.
90% of Outer Coast students receive financial aid for their program.

- A third of all Outer Coast Summer Seminar students pay $500 or less.
Outer Coast offers full, means-based scholarships for students with demonstrated financial need.
The fully-loaded cost of attendance (inclusive of tuition, room and board, books, and all other expenses) is as follows:
- Summer Seminar 2026: $4,500
- Outer Coast undergraduate program: $45,000/year

Our team will review your cost of attendance form and calculate an estimated cost of attendance based on your and your family’s financial means.
We will set up a conversation with you and your family to discuss and confirm your personalized cost of attendance, as well as any other financial support you might need, including travel, work-study, or stipends for miscellaneous expenses. Payment plans are available upon request. Cost will not be a barrier to attendance for any admitted student at Outer Coast.
