Rachel grew up in Seattle, Washington and studied public health and biology at Stanford University. She joined the Outer Coast team in 2020 as an Alaska Fellow and now serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she supports the administrative team and oversees development, operations, and recruitment functions. She also serves on the Board of the Alaska Fellows Program.
